2026 Vendor Application

We welcome your craft application and product information for consideration to join the Sarasota Medieval Fair. 

After being juried, product and space availability is limited and is based on a first-come first-serve basis.  Photos of booth/tent and products must be included in application.

TO APPLY:  The vendor application deadline for our 2026 season has passed, and we are no longer accepting applications at this time. If you are interested in joining us for the 2027 season, please contact us in January when applications reopen.  Thank you for your interest in the Sarasota Medieval Fair!
